Know that all your thoughts, emotions, and doubts are welcome. There is no right or wrong way to feel. Some people come with a clear issue in mind, while others have a wider area of problems which we then focus on, all are welcome.

90 min Sessions
The Work takes time to fully grasp; practicing it just once won't reveal its full depth and potential. Only through repeated experience can you truly understand its broader impact and benefits. I believe this to be the most beneficial way to start The Work and to begin to internalize the method.
A session runs for 90 minutes, via an online video call.
Price
My rate is $60 USD per session, or $150 USD for a three-session package.
